 Charles Uzzell Edwards LISTEN HERE where ? Up in the mountainous region North of San Francisco is a place called Chill Valley. There is an artificial Intelligence called the 'Octopus' there, swimming in the deep waters of the imagination . It has been formulating ideas taken from the world of the deep unconscious , treading the thin 3D surface tension between ambient-noise , fat chunky beats and labyrinthine rhythmic overlays , spanning the sonic spectrum of environmental music composition and expressionistic chaotic information retrieval.

OUT NOW LISTEN HERE I released a series of 3 albums in the 90's on German electronic label FAX under the name OCTOPUS because my 1 computer with 8 midi instruments setup looked like an Octopus. My last studio in California was in Mill Valley and the room was shaped like an octagon and this is where I recorded this album IDIOT SAVANT around 1997.. As DJ duo HUMAN BACON, Findlay & Charles had a weekly DJ residency at Dream Bags Jaguar Shoes in Shoreditch in the mid 2000's.
