All orders are processed within 14-35 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Pure Evil Gallery ships worldwide via Royal Mail , DHL or in the UK, Fragilistics.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with order details. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

duties and taxes

Pure Evil Gallery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

damages

Pure Evil Gallery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. If you receive a damaged painting please save the damaged box, so we can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. They will need to see the box & painting to launch their investigation. We know most shipping companies use any excuse to avoid paying claims, and so In the case that you receive damaged product we're ready to create a new painting for free or refund the money. But only after we receive the original item back.
