Edgar Bacalao Argáez is a painter and printmaker based in the Yucatan Peninsula. Having studied Fine Art at the University of Veracruz he went on specialise in woodcuts and lithography. His subject matter can be playful and sometimes surreal, while often dealing with figures and objects of desire.
