Jane Fonda is an activist, feminist, sex-symbol, fitness guru and Academy Award winning actor whose visit to North Vietnam in the early 70s earned her the nickname "Hanoi Jane".  She played the sci-fi sex kitten Barbarella, followed by films with Jean-Luc Godard, and several award winning roles through the 70s and 80s from Klute to 9 to 5.  Her exercise video Jane Fonda's Workout was one of the biggest selling videos of the late 80s and it helped to launch a second career for her.
